Equapac's team of 18 embarked on a journey aboard the MV Obee Kwong to Banaba Island, where they joined forces with Morecroft to begin the removal of ACM.

Air Nauru and Air Kiribati have resumed their service connecting Tarawa and Kiritmati island after 40 years. This is great news for those who have been eagerly waiting for this long-awaited service.

The Pacific Games held in Honiara in 2023 was a resounding success, with Kiribati sending over 70 talented athletes to compete. Equapac celebrated the team's achievements with great fanfare by organizing their charter flight back home. It was a proud moment for Kiribati and the entire Pacific region.

Exciting news for those looking to travel to Northern Micronesia! Air Nauru has just announced a new connection to Palau, which will make it easier than ever for travelers to connect from Kiribati. We're thrilled to see this boost to trade and tourism links, and can't wait to see the positive impact it will have on the region.

Equapac congratulates AIr Kiribati and Air Nauru on starting the first direct flights between Australia, Tarawa and Kiritimati (Xmas) island. This is a historical route sure to benefit the nation.

- Kiritimati flight has been delayed due to factors beyond our controls to the 31st July. 

Kiritimati flight on the 5th June is firm and we are happy to report that the Quarantine facility at Kiritimati is working well. All passengers from Tarawa to Kiritimati need to do a 3 Day COVID quarantine before entering the community. 

The next flight to Kiritimati will be tentatively on the 26th June.
